JOB DETAILS
Job Title		Attorney/Banking

Job Profile		Legal Associate The candidate will assist with various legal/contractual matters and issues/claims against the Bank. Work with Senior Counsel and business units on various legal issues regarding customers; policies and procedures; employment and other legal issues. Handle legal research and analysis; compliance with subpoenas, discovery requests. Prepare agreements, documents and pleadings relating to litigation and non-litigation matters. Analyze vendor contract and loan document requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, banking regulations and Bank policies procedures. Assist Bank's Board Clerk including managing the Board minute books; drafting director and shareholder resolutions and minutes; and assisting with stock administration. Assist with FDIC and other regulatory and public filings.

Qualification and Experience		The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Must have 3-5 years of legal/contract administration experience in banking/financial service industry. Should have basic understanding of banking and the legal process. Should be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
