Job Profile. Litigation Secretary
The candidate will work as a partners secretary in all aspects of litigation. Will be properly trained to office procedures; setting hearing with courts calendaring system; preparing attorney for hearings, mediations, trial; preparation of binders for mediations, depositions; updating medical records and billing; preparation of damage summaries; meeting with clients to complete discovery in-office; and completing written discovery. Should be an experienced litigation secretary. Experience in heavy dictation is required. Should be able to work in a high stress environment and be able handle heavy caseload.
