Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will conduct research and gather information using General and Legal research tools. Review and negotiate title, survey, and title commitments. Prepare closing statements, prepare closing binders, and follow up on an extensive array of post-closing matters. Perform due diligence, coordinate and implement transactions and close Commercial Real Estate transactions (debt and equity). Perform other responsibilities as client needs dictate. <br /> <br /> The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate, or appropriate job- related experience. Should have 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with Finance experience. Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills will be required. Exceptional Drafting and proof-reading skills using computer-assisted Legal resources will be required. Ability to work independently and as part of team and to plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minimum supervision is needed.
