JOB DETAILS
Job Title		Legal Staff

Job Profile		Part-time Records Clerk The candidate will be responsible for organizing and filing client and case records. Will file incoming materials for client cases. Maintain accurate record logs and track files checked out for use by legal personnel. Maintain organized file rooms for easy document access. Process conflicts checks using manual and computerized systems. Coordinate file transfers with outside record storage facility and record maintenance of off-site files.

Qualification and Experience		The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have 1+ year of experience in a records management environment. Prior law firm experience is preferred. Should have moderate computer skills in Microsoft Office 2007 and file tracking software.
