Job Profile. Practice Support Manager
The candidate will manage all aspects of legal secretarial support in our Philadelphia office ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient and high quality support provided to lawyers. Will evaluate staffing needs and workloads across departments and practices and recommend staffing changes as needed; identify training needs and develop and implement training programs in collaboration with the firm's training team; implement the annual performance management/evaluation program; ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of legal administrative assistant (legal secretary) teams that provide support to assigned lawyers; be an advocate for our legal administrative assistants; and analyze financial activities and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes. Must have 5+ years of law firm supervisory experience and be an effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills.
