Job Profile. Legal Office Manager / Legal Administrator
The candidate will manage the operations of the office. Will supervise a team of 15-20 legal support staff and be responsible for the development, coaching, training, and mentoring of individual team members. Establish policies and complex procedures to resolve problems. Responsible for assigning work, monitoring, evaluating, recommending and implementing improvements to processing procedures. Assist with the hiring and termination of staff at the office. Be in charge of performance evaluations, salary administration, training and development, and workflow planning. A Bachelor's degree is required. Must have 7-9 years of legal office management experience in insurance, and experience with technology, litigation support and other related software with 5+ years of related experience in insurance litigation, legal, and/or insurance processing/customer service functions in a supervisory or lead capacity.
