Job Title International Attorney / Tax Attorney in San Francisco, CA Job Profile International Tax Senior The candidate will advise US and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating US tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. Will be also responsible for supervising assignments by in-house tax consultants. Should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's in Taxation, Master's in Accounting, or J.D./LL.M. (with undergraduation in business related field). CPA is preferred. Must have 3+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably with several focused on international taxation. Candidate with either corporate or partnership tax experience will be trained and taught international tax. Experience with other large accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. Consulting and compliance experience is needed.
