Litigation Coordinator The candidate will assist the Paralegal Manager with the coordination of work assignments for the litigation Paralegals and project assistants. Duties will also include assisting the Paralegal Manager with assessing staffing needs of the department, utilization, project progress and completion. Other responsibilities include assisting the Paralegal Manager with preparation and Administration of annual and 90 day Paralegal evaluations, assistance with orientation and skills training for litigation Paralegals and project assistants. May also assist the Paralegal Manager with interviewing candidates when additional Paralegal Staff is needed. Will be required to maintain a client billable caseload of 1200 hours annually and perform senior Litigation Paralegal responsibilities. <br /> <br /> The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 10+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience, including large case Management and database use in a system such as Concordance or Relativity. E-Discovery experience preferred, i.e., collection, processing and Production of electronic data. Must hold or have held a senior Paralegal title or equivalent. Should be willing to work overtime and some Travel is required.
