Job Title Intellectual Property Attorney in SHANGHAI Job Profile Shanghai office seeks intellectual property lawyer having 3+ years of experience in IP field. The candidate will advise and advocate clients in civil actions or other non-contentious IP cases. Will attend, pursue or provide all necessary assistances in criminal IP enforcement actions through PSBs, Prosecutors and Courts. Take responsibility for direct communications with clients and third parties. Supervise and support the work of junior staff and colleagues. Assist in or manage administrative IP enforcement actions by requests of the line manager or other client managers.
