Field Consultant The candidate will provide customer care, consulting services, scheduling, planning, QA, and technical support on-site for Juris by company's customers. Will execute detailed project plans and consults/implements software best practices. Gather and communicate suggestions related to product enhancements. Implement a detailed software and gathers critical workflow needs to build software implementation plan. Consult with client regarding best practices of software (accounting and time management). Facilitate the resolution of project problems. Perform on-site client technical project deliverables including installation, database conversion consultation, functional training and related data analysis. Liaise with advanced technical teams as needed. Conduct professional service sales and relationship activities. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or possesses equivalent experience. J.D. degree or MBA would be preferred. Should preferably have 2-4 years of software consulting experience. Functional knowledge of Juris or related legal back office accounting / time management software is also preferred. Must have working knowledge of accounting and financial workflow concepts. Should be familiar with Project Management Concepts and related project documentation.
