Job Title Legal Staff in Boston, MA Job Profile Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in all aspects of patent prosecution, both foreign and domestic. Duties will include patent application filing and patent Maintenance, preparation of IDS forms, preparation of correspondence, status reports and reporting e-mails to clients and foreign counsel, and tracking deadlines. A Bachelor's degree/paralegal certificate, and 3+ years experience in patent prosecution is required. Should have strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and be able to work well in a team oriented environment. Knowledge of CPI is preferred.
