Job Profile
Wilmington office seeks Litigation Support Specialist with 2-4 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be reporting to the Litigation Support Manager. Responsible for assisting the Firm, its co-counsel and clients on preferred methods of automating litigation. Will interface regularly with the Information Technology department, in-house counsel, case teams and outside vendors to ensure data collection needs are met in a timely manner. Duties include: organizing and preparing records for copying and imaging; addressing and resolve routine database issues; maintaining quality control; and training and assisting users in determining specific application requirements and manage the implementation of those requirements. Must have a Bachelor's Degree. Technical certificates a plus. General legal experience preferred. Should possess interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain collaborative relationships win the Firm. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the and the ability to maintain confidentiality of client and Firm matters. Working knowledge of the litigation process and litigation-specific software, such as:, CaseMap, Concordance, Summation, CaseLogistix, LiveNote. Advanced knowledge of Windows servers and operating systems, specifically Microsoft XP. Advanced knowledge of MS Access and MS SQL a plus. Proficiency in determining specific application requirements and the implementation and management of those requirements. Proven ability to train attorneys and support staff in best practice operations of the various applications.
