Summer Legal Intern The intern will prepare first drafts of various types of contracts and amendments. Will review production and programming agreements and licenses. Analyze rights requests. Conduct legal research on documents, agreements and industry trade related journals and current cases and review rough cuts of productions. Attend project and staff meetings and present updates on current case law affecting the entertainment industry and other industry trends. Should have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Must be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school. Should be able to commit at least 15 hours per week. Must have course work and/or demonstrated experience in contracts and intellectual property (copyright law, trademark law, entertainment law, media law, communications law). Duration: June 4 to August 17, 2012.
