Patent Prosecution Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in foreign filing (PCT and non-PCT), e-filing all documents with the USPTO, including applications/amendments/paying Maintenance fees/paying issue fees, preparing/filing Information Disclosure Statements, preparing/filing Sequence Listings, preparing/filing formal drawings, preparing/recording assignment documents, preparing inventor declarations, and, reviewing filing receipts. Should also be familiar with docketing dates. Experience in interference practice is helpful. A four year college degree and/or a Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school is required.
