Corporate Lawyer Senior
The candidate will gain the technical knowledge and industry experience you need to help clients manage their legal obligations effectively and enhance their financial performance. Will gain wide-ranging experience across industries and geographies in an organization that has an unwavering commitment to quality. Will be a member of our corporate and finance law team, in charge of the implementation of international corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies; will take an active part in the drafting of corporate documentation of any kind, in relation to the incorporation and restructuring of Luxembourg companies, Will liaise with people from our tax department, other EY offices, clients, lawyers, notaries, bank etc and will be in charge of coaching and delegating to junior members of the team. The candidate must be graduated in Law (bachelor+5). 3+ years of experience in a similar working environment is needed. Must have knowledge of and experience with international corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies. Fluency in French and English is needed. German would be considered as an asset.
