Paralegal Specialist
The candidate will provide paralegal support to include performing internet based legal research services and the review of documents. Will prepare draft documents and reviews. Support discovery actions in connection with litigation, to include responding to complaints, interrogatories, discovery requests, preparing witnesses for depositions or trial, to include document screening and compilation, drafting of motions and briefings, and similar actions. Provide support to administer office action logging systems, documents retrievability and filing systems.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have B.A./B.S. degree in related field. Master's degree desirable. Qualified experience may be substituted for education using the following guideline: for 1 year of an educational requirement, 2 years of relevant experience can be used. Must have 5-7 years of work experience with 3-5 years of experience as an Paralegal. Competency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required. MDA and Military experience are a plus.
