Corporate Law Manager
Duties: Will gain the technical knowledge and industry experience need to help clients manage legal obligations effectively and enhance financial performance. Achieve potential by giving business advisory experience and professional development. Will gain wide-ranging experience across industries and geographies in an organization that has an unwavering commitment to quality. Being a member of corporate and finance law team, in charge of the implementation of international corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies. Will take an active part in structuring, coordinating and implementing the Luxembourg legal aspects of cross-borders reorganizations and restructurings including: preparation and review of corporate documentation of any kind, in relation to the incorporation and restructuring of Luxembourg companies (contribution; M&A; migration; liquidation; application to business license) and the financing of these entities, both intragroup and external (e.g. PECS; loans; facilities). Will discuss with the Tax advisers the corporate law aspects of restructuring projects. Will liaise with people from tax department, other company's offices, clients, lawyers, notaries, bank. Will be in charge of coaching and delegating to junior members of the team.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate must be graduated in Law. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a similar working environment. Must have knowledge of and experience with international corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies. Must be fluent in French and English. German would be considered as an asset. Should be highly organized, flexible and able to manage several files.
