Job Title		Attorney/Contract Law

Job Profile		Contracts Specialist Consultant Duties: Will draft, review, negotiate and execute contractual agreements and exhibits specifying the business transactions between company's and external suppliers. Types of agreements include consulting services, recruiting, temporary labor agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, equipment purchase, support agreements, offshore and hosting agreements. Works with a variety of internal personnel, management ensure supplier contracts are accurate and thorough.

Qualification and Experience		Qualifications: Law degree with 3+ years of related experience in contracts management. Working knowledge of contract management tools is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
