Job Title Corporate Attorney in Hayward, CA Job Profile Associate General Counsel The candidate will report to the Senior VP of Corporate Development/General Counsel. Will structure, draft and negotiate wide range of licenses and other commercial contracts, alone and/or with members of executive team. Serve as Assistant Secretary, attend Board meetings and advise executive team and Board on corporate governance, securities and other general corporate matters. Manage relationships with outside counsel and responsibility for outside legal budget. Have overall responsibility for day-to-day legal issues of the company, including HR, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and related matters. Qualification and Experience The candidate should have undergraduate and law degrees from nationally recognized universities. Must have 6-10 years of relevant legal experience, including significant licensing/commercial transactions experience. In-house experience is preferred. Top tier law firm training is required.
