Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with preparation of Legal documents and case filings. Will manage document collection and initial document review projects. Organize and prepare all relevant information for depositions and Trial. Draft documents including correspondence, Legal memoranda and pleadings. Manage filings with federal and state courts.<br /> <br /> The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Must have 5+ years of prior litigation experience. Should have prior law firm Paralegal experience with a demonstrated knowledge of the Commercial litigation and Construction litigation practice areas. Must have extensive experience in the areas of complex Commercial litigation matters and Construction-related Claims, including a General knowledge of bankruptcy, labor and employment. Should have thorough understanding of PA rules of court, and state court practice and procedure. Must have working knowledge of the regulations that govern in public and private contracting, and the ability to handle all aspects of public and private Construction litigation and contracting. Should have working knowledge of e-discovery best practices and of litigation support software (Summation).
