JOB DETAILS
Job Title		Legal Staff/Entertainment

Job Profile		Temporary Paralegal The candidate will be involved in researching music publishers, record companies and/or movie studios to prepare requests for contracts and licenses. Will track the necessary information to complete contracts and prepare contracts. Prepare weekly reports update the status of projects to the team. Format and review red-lined documents. Handle general administrative functions for Music Licensing team and Vps.

Qualification and Experience		The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification. Must have 3-5 years of music licensing experience. Should have experience with licensing and strong research skills. Knowledge or music and entertainment licensing issues and transactions is needed. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Delta View and Databases) are required.
