Complex Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in preparation for Trial; establish and maintain case files, Trial binders, privilege logs and expert witness notebooks; conduct large-scale document productions and collections; establish usable databases for information storage; electronically file documents across multiple jurisdictions; liaise with vendors and court personnel; conduct research in multiple online sources; cite-check and shepardize briefs; draft standard pleadings for attorney review and arrange for service and assist with training/mentoring Entry-Level Paralegals.<br /> <br /> The candidate should have a Four-year college degree or completion of Paralegal training from an ABA approved school. Must be proficient with respect to electronic filing procedures across multiple jurisdictions. Knowledge of Administrative procedures for manually and electronically filed cases is needed. Sufficient knowledge of litigation is required. Travel may be required
