Job Profile. Paralegal - Trust and Estates
The candidate will assist in the preparation, review and filing of fiduciary income tax returns, inheritance and estate tax returns, basic probate functions, gathering of decedents' assets and evaluating assets, bill paying/bookkeeping and fiduciary accounting. Will interact heavily with clients. Excellent technical, interpersonal, research and organizational skills are essential. An undergraduate degree and/or a paralegal certificate with 2+ years of law firm experience in trust and estates or a strong accounting background is required. Must be proficient in MS Office. Experience with Zane or ProSystem fx is desired.
