Job Profile. Human Resources Supervisor
The candidate will report directly to the Manager of Human Resources and Facilities. Responsibilities will include: Attendance management, including daily staffing and vacation scheduling; Supervision of the SWAT team members and co-op students; HRIS (People@Work) maintenance; Recruitment for legal assistants and administrative staff; Benefit administration; Orientation for new employees; United Way Week coordination. Should have 2+ years of work experience in Human Resources and a diploma or degree in Human Resources. Law firm experience is an asset. Must possess strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and technical and communication skills.
