Revamp E-Discovery department and hire people who know what they are doing.

I can' t really think of any pros.

Worst place to work as Document Review Attorney. No paid holidays, arbitrarily sent when there is no workload (shouldn't leadership anticipate when a case near ending?! and make arrangements). Short 30 minute lunch with no ability to take a longer lunch make up time difference.

Mary Marvin, the Director of the E-Discovery department, is not helpful or accomodating.

There is not really I could describe as a favorite.
