Instead of mass layoffs, they temporarily trim partner and staff pay and salaries as a precaution until adaptation stabilizes. This is why they have been in business for over 100 years and have very little job turnover.ConsNone that I can see at my level with the company.

Pro bono work at Bryan Cave includes a wide variety of both transactional and litigation matters, including intellectual property, criminal, corporate and transactional, appellate, family, tax, and civil rights litigation cases. Referrals from local legal services agencies and work for non-profit organizations make up much of the Firm's pro bono time.
