Try to get employees to fight less and get along more. If people could work together the work wouldn't be as hard.

During my time at this firm I learned many things faster than I have anywhere else and was paid decently for the time.

Most people will only last a few months at this firm before they burn out due to the toxic nature of everything on top of the heavy workload.
