Find a balance with work and life. There are many responsibilities expected from you when you work at this firm, while it can feel rewarding, it becomes exhausting. Keep track of your superiors if you are in need of questions being answered.
A great work environment that makes you feel productive and at home. The work here is demanding, but rewarding. The professional staff is great and goes out of their way to work around your needs. Large workspaces are provided and workloads are distributed evenly here. There is room for growth and overall I had a great time working here.
Hours here are long and tedious. With so much work expected from you, at times it can become difficult to balance life and work.
It takes a lot out of you sometimes, so try and hire more individuals to take care of the load of work; it takes a lot out of you.
Working here has been a joy and everyone here knows what to do. Everyone has a lot of knowledge on the business and it is very good.
I really like how well and different the environment here is, but it can get stressful at times and that is what worries me.
I believe a high priority needs to be placed on providing adequate structures for growth and professional guidance, particularly for those just starting their career. The focus should also be brought back to fostering a better sense of teamwork among everyone in the firm.
Good management but little room for growth
There may be little room for a high level of growth. Mentorship is not a given, and depends heavily on those you work with. I happened to find a hands-on mentor who gave me the time and attention I needed to succeed, however, this may not apply to all mentors at the firm.
Thank you.
