More open dialogue would quell feelings of being misunderstood and under-appreciated.

Steinfl + Bruno is the metaphoric "child" of the two partners of the firm, Enrica and Alessandro. They put forth an extreme amount of work, dedication, and care into shaping a firm where the goal is to be as innovative as their world-class clients. And, for the very most part, the firm is innovative. A multitude of viewpoints, perspectives, and ways of thinking are highly valued at S+B, with the partners taking care to give their employees opportunities to work in areas where they have innate talent, and pushing them to confront the areas in which they might not feel as comfortable, creating a culture of betterment and high standards for each individual, which permeates into the culture of the firm. Because the firm is as important as it is to the partners, discipline, quality, and unique perspectives are always expected, with very long work hours being expected on occasion. Overall, if the employee is willing to take on challenges, including office personalities and expectations, there is a lot to learn, especially from the partners.

Occasionally, there is a habit between co-workers to complain about other co-workers through HR, rather than bring their issues openly to the other employees, but this seems to be the norm at most offices. The partners can become fiery, but placidity maybe shouldn't be expected from founding partners. In the end, they are both pragmatic and understanding if you show effort.

Efforts at growth were rewarded.

GET A DIVORCE FROM ENRICA........................ and start your own practice. It would be much better for you and the legal community. After all everyone knows she only started her own firm because she was fired from her last firm and no one wanted to hire her. Well at least that is what I heard in the legal community.

The only good thing about this firm is the staff people who work their, other than that I wouldn't take a job here.

Although Alessandro Steinfl is great to work with, beware of the dragon lady....... When she is not yelling at people and spitting on then when she talks, she is bragging about how wonderful she is and why people do not like her. If she would take some direction from her husband (Alessandro) and learn how to treat people with respect this could be a great place. The staff is young and everyone is just trying to do their job and shouldn't have to come to work in fear of what the day is going to look like. The amount of people of who have come and gone should tell them SHE is A problem.... But it's her name on the door, so I am just going to sit back and watch her destroy herself.
