Ok place

No advice. They wouldn’t listen anyway. Sometimes the most quiet people are the most observant. Stop catering to those that jump to shine your shoes

Relaxed atmosphere and a variety of specialties. Most people there are very nice. The select few however are phony.

Promotions not based on competency but completely on ass kissing. Get them coffee, shine their shoes and baffle them with bs and you will get promoted. If you’re not a shmoozer you will hate this place. They beg you to go bang on doors to get business.

Nepotism and try to listen to employees who aren’t necessarily ass kissers but are somewhat intelligent It’s not all about being a salesman.

Fun atmosphere at times. Not your stuffy uptight firm. They do attempt to bond during holidays and very fair regarding flexible hours.

I had a great experience working here

I would like to see more promotion opportunity's throughout the year. I feel as though the gap is just too large and there needs to be a middle ground put in place.

Everyone here is very friendly and management is excellent. There are rules put in place to prevent people from being rude even though I found it to be somewhat unnecessary.

There tends to be a large gap between those at the top at this firm and those working at the bottom or those that have been here for just a few years.

Good Lawyers

Provide adequate compensation. Work on fixing management's issues.

The lawyers are very good and produce great work. It has a very different workplace culture, and the firm works hard to maintain a positive work environment.

Some of the partners are incompetent. You do not get the compensation or recognition you deserve from working here.

Interesting Cases

Higher pay would be nice.

Interesting Cases

The pay is not the greatest, given the quality of work that I do here, but it isn'tthe worst either. Much is expected of you and sometimes the long hours are killer.
