I would like to see our current office receive an expansion to accommodate the new workers that we just hired. I'd also like to see us slow down in regards to hiring new attorneys.
The starting salary is excellent, there is plenty of room for personal growth within the firm, the cases are always interesting, and the front desk staff to attorney relationships are outstanding.
The only thing that I can think of is that our current office feel's somewhat constricted. I feel as though we don't have enough staff members as well.
