A Friendly Firm

Try to normalize people being able to just go home if they need to instead of hanging out as resting and family time are important.

Everyone here is for the most part friendly and hangs out outside of work to relax and get to know each other better.

On some days you may just want to go home instead of hanging out and it is a bit awkward to do so.

A Pretty Good Business Establishment

Management needs to keep dogs at home and suggest more appropriate business wear for their employees. Clients will see this atmosphere and feel they are not being represented to the best of their ability.

This place is a good place to work if you like consistent hours and good pay. The company offers you a great starting package and gives out bonuses frequently throughout the year. My wallet was very happy working here.

The atmosphere at this law firm was unprofessional at best. Employees could essentially wear whatever they wanted and management would bring their dogs into the office. Sometimes it would smell and was just unpleasant to be around.

Great team and firm to work with

My advice is to manage your time efficiently so that you can manage your work-life balance as time management is difficult due to the amount of daily cases.

This firm provides an environment where we are free to think beyond the boundaries of our role and consider how we as individuals can contribute to the success of the organization. It is a fast-paced environment where attorneys are empowered to make decisions without micro-management so long as those decisions line up with Firm

The main challenge I would have to say is multitasking and managing your work-life balance. The Firm promoted work-life balance, yet almost every employee in support was constantly stressed due to workload.
