I feel that the pay could be more competitive. I understand that this may not be easy due to being a small firm, but I'm sure there's some wiggle room.
I really enjoy working at small firms. It's easy to get to know everybody. When you need a helping hand, it's easy to get. People seem to really value you as a colleague. Teamwork is phenomenal. I get a lot of valuable experience here, and I learn a lot from some of the older partners at the firm.
I feel that because it's a small firm, it doesn't pay as good. The grass seems to be greener on the other side when I look at some of the bigger firms. I plan to seek higher pay elsewhere soon.
