Don't forget to thank your employees for a job well done occasionally. It really does wonders for morale. It's a small thing, but it matters more than some people realize.

I'm very happy with the pay and benefits I received when I started working here. I feel that they are above market average and it gives me a good feeling to know that I'm being paid what I'm worth.

Even though I'm paid well it still hurts that I don't get a lot of positive feedback from management. I hear about when things aren't up to standard, but I never hear when I've done a good job. It might sound petty, but people appreciate being told thank you from time to time.
