The firm should try to consider creating more opportunities for associates to be promoted at the work place. I do think something like that can be remedied by some people being motivated to be recognized by the partners.

One of the things I like about working at this firm are the amenities that are offered to the associates. It offers good pay and benefits, great resources and good bonuses and incentives.

There isn't much room here for a promotion though. I think if there are associates who want to advance in their careers as attorneys, they might find themselves going to another firm.

The firm is also a sponsor of the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association's annual convention. Within the firm, we foster a professional environment that emphasizes long-term development and leadership opportunities for all new attorneys.
