While I love this firm, I'd really like to see upper management schedule weekly meetings to make sure that we do not make costly mistakes anymore as we have done in the past.

There can be some careless mistakes made at times which in the past, have been very costly due to the lack of heedlessness that occurs on days when everyone is just joking around with each other and not very focused on their work.

Throughout the course of the 12 week program, our summer associates work with attorneys from various areas of our diverse legal practices. Each summer associate is paired with an attorney mentor who serves as a source of information and guidance while directing and cultivating progress. Work assignments are distributed directly from attorneys, and each assignment is evaluated upon completion. While we strive to give our summer associates broad exposure to a wide range of practice areas, we also work to provide as much access as possible to those areas of the law that are of most interest to each individual summer associate.
