This firm needs to hire people who are qualified for their position, no matter what their ethnicity. Experience will always get the job done and other employees won't feel stressed out.
This law firm was quite fast paced and really valued their employees when they worked hard. Bonuses were given out several times a year and we always go overtime pay if we worked more than 40 hours. The ability to move upward is always there and given to employees who work hard and earn their position.
One issue I had with the firm is the amount of minorities hired that could barely perform their job or speak English. I assume this firm hires them for the tax breaks, which makes sense, but it leads to other employees picking up their slack.
