Very cool low key firm

I would like to see my firm that I consider to be my home away from home, hire a few new attorney's to help us out. I'd also like to see more reviews take throughout the year and more promotion opportunities.

Everyone here takes their work seriously yet not too seriously to neglect their fellow attorneys and other staff members. The pay is great and there is always an interesting case to work on.

There's a lack of advancement opportunities which is unfortunate considering how well this firm excels in all other areas. I also feel as though we are slightly understaffed.

Great Pay and Friendly Staff

I would advise management to create a developmental plan or some other methods that would help junior employees to advance their respective careers.

I absolutely love the pay and benefits that this law firm provides. Also, my co-workers are some of the friendliest people that I have ever worked with.

Unfortunately, there is not any personal development plan for junior attorneys. When I was a new member, I didn't have any idea how to move up in the company.

Great Compensation and Awesome Support Staff

Leadership should put a program in place to help associates advance their careers. More transparency would also be very helpful.

I was really happy with the compensation package I was offered here. Both the pay and benefits were above-average. The support staff here is also very good. They are knowledgeable and efficient, and everyone is always willing to help each other out.

It's not always clear what you need to do to move up in this firm. There isn't a formal development program in place, and I've found that many people feel that they'll never advance within the firm.
