Current Employee

Pay more attention the supporting staff, associates and clerks. Give them their due and compensate them better so that there will be a better team atmosphere.

They give you great responsibility early on and the ability to take control of your case load. There is lots of opportunity for growth and increased responsibility.

The support staff is not well-compensated or well-trained and don't give you much help at all. They could use an upgrade of the technology as well.
