The staff is supportive, the environment is engaging, and the work makes you motivated to be a better person. The leadership at Vaughan & Vaughan shows what it means to be a professional in an industry with so many who just try and imitate.

Every person on the staff is welcoming and warm. We learn together and we go to bat for our clients together. It is truly a family. Mr. Vaughan is flexible with our work schedules, and he allows us to do what we need to meet the needs of our family at all times of the year. This flexibility makes it a great environment to get work done and feel like a valued employee.

Improve the benefits to meet other firms, it would make the place all that much better to work at in combo with the status it receives. Would improve morale.

There are lots of talented people here, and the quality of clients shows proof in that. Great work ethic all around.

The benefits were never that good here compared to other places, which is a bit of a negative regarding total compensation in general.
