The partners really need to re-examine how they treat people at the firm. Some of their bad habits have rubbed off on upper management, so they need some training in dealing with people as well.

There is always work to be done here, so don't worry about not having enough. The people here, especially the staff, really try hard to make this place successful.

The partners don't seem to care about anybody that works here. Don't attempt to say hello or make small talk with them in the elevator, because they don't take kindly to being talked to by the help.
