Putting more emphasis on work place relationships might help the mood and overall moral of the work place especially when things get stressful.

I've worked for other law firms, and I can say without doubt that this is one of the strictest ones when it comes to work environment and quality that is expected of the work. I think that is something that as a lawyer who is passionate about their work can appreciate. The firm has a great reputation in the field of law we practice. Working here will definitely look great on a resume especially if my superiors have great things to say about me.

While the strict culture is something that can be positive, it is also something that can be negative. Sometimes the workplace has an aura of tiers as to how the associates are treated and what is expected of us. I wish there was more of a welcoming environment. But overall, it is nothing that ever becomes distressing or damaging to the workplace.
