5.Current Employee, less than 1 yearGreat workplace!Anonymous Employee in Washington, DCRecommendProsSupportive, healthy work environment. There is a strong sense of community and prioritization of a work-life balance.ConsThere is no free parking for employees
-People are honest, hard-working, and value each other as coworkers/colleagues. -There are extraordinary opportunities for employees to pursue professional development, client development, pro bono/volunteer work, etc. -Firm leadership fairly evaluates needs and takes action as appropriate. -A great work culture--there is a "one firm, one team" mentality!
There is nothing negative to note at this time.
Get it together. People with actual job security perform a hell of a lot better and can bill more hours. Treat us like people.
The pay here is excellent. You are working for a very well established firm. You can really get some good, hands on experience here. Good diversity program.
The work tends be boring. Layoffs are a constant thing here. The only thing that matters are billable hours. Poor work life balance.
Leadership should make more of an effort to connect with employees. Accountability also needs to be a priority, as it is basically nonexistent at this time.
The compensation at this firm is very good, as are the benefits. People are generally knowledgeable and willing to help out, and the perks aren't that bad.
The leadership here doesn't really seem to care about inspiring the employees. There is favoritism and a lack of accountability that make for a somewhat hostile work environment.
Thank you.
