Consider giving people a good reason to stay working here instead of moving onto a new firm as quickly as they do now.
Everyone who works here at some time or another seems to do well in life even if they don't stay here.
You often will see some longtime friends leave to go to another firm with higher pay that they got with the connections here.
Encourage a more inclusive workforce. Purposefully recruit minorities to the firm. Expand mentoring opportunities to include more types of work.
A great work environment full of brilliant minds. There are so many associates to learn from, as most have many years of experience. There is someone always willing to mentor in any type of law.
It is difficult to find diversity in the firm. It's not a hostile environment; there is just not much diversity in terms of race, gender or background.
Increasing the compensation offered to associates would make this firm a pretty awesome place to work. Leadership is doing a great job, and morale in the office is high.
The leadership team at this firm seems to really care about their associates. Like any other firm, the workload is high, but associates can work from home and leadership is very flexible when it comes to time off.
The compensation here could be a bit better. Both the pay and the health benefits seem to be lower than average, and there aren't many perks given to associates.
Thank you.
