Very dysfunctional office management., very political either you were in or you were out, not just a job or where you you looked forward. To going to every day. Had many great Attorneys that work hard and you would do anything for, but the management always had to have drama. And was always made the office so separated and against each other. If everyone was doing good and acted like they were getting a long she would just get something goinglong

Be careful who you put in charge, they represent you.

I must say all the Attorneys that I work for were hard working but many wablind to see what all went on between the employees and management. Yes they had a good benefit package but getting it was a different thing. The HR department was let go and people hired so there would be someone that the manager could control.whether by blackmail or by constant threat of losing there job. It got so you could not trust them at all. It got at the end I was having a lot of health issues had a seizure at work and hit a desk corner of a desk and put a large hole in my head, but healed ok but it took a while. I had been paying on extra insurance not paid for by the company but was paid out of my check in case I had any thing happened that would keep me out of work. The accountant and management decided not to give them my true days out for the accident, they used days sick leave I had for the year and next year so I would get almost nothing.

The office manager, she was so into the bottom line instead of the values the company started with. She had no heart or loyalty. Her bottom line did not mean much after all the payoffs

None I think they were all wanting the best for all their employees, but was lied to and manipulated to think she was their savior to grow this rising firm.

I love the Christmas party at the office every year. Only time everyone seemed to relax and enjoy each other. That was so special. We would joke and laugh at each other almost like a family. I WISH ALL THAT I loved there all of life blessing

A very competitive firm while I was there

I would like to see new management put in place to prevent associates from hoarding work. I'd also like to see this firm take on more cases so that there is more work to go around.

The atmosphere at this firm was very family oriented and friendly. I felt at home the day that I stepped into this firm as a new attorney in the field.

Unfortunately a lot of the attorney's seem like they are only interested in helping themselves in terms of putting in as much work as possible so that they can go up the ranks faster.

Create more avenues for growth and advancement for people. Let some of the people go that are causing the drama and turmoil at times.

It has a good benefits package and very nice office in downtown Raleigh. The firm isn't too big so you don't get lost in the shuffle. Most of the staff is very competent and professional.

The salary is on the low end compared to other firms. The office politics and drama can very distracting for people that aren't even really trying to be involved in it.

Management needs to be more involved and care about their staff members. Offer and implement different ways for them to deal with interoffice issues.

The benefits are fantastic. I was able to manage a great balance between my social life and work life. If and when bonuses do occur, they are very generous. We only got them when the firm seemed to be doing well, not so much as an annual perk to look forward to.

Every day I walked into the office, there was some type of drama going on amongst the staff. It was almost uncomfortable, especially when the coworkers deal with it through cold shoulders and animosity, rather than talking it out with one another.
