Weston Hurd is a hilarious law firm. Kathy Perrico is an entertaining attorney. She is they type of lawyer that will interfere with you getting copies of your kids educational records and then tel a hearing officer she is refusing to show up as ordered. I took great pleasure in getting her sanctioned. so if that sounds like the attorney for you. you found the right one. Tell her Sean Sent ya

A very professional family oriented firm to work for

I would like to see a higher starting salary implemented with more opportunities for promotions. This firm should also take more risks and be willing to take on more cases.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I always received help when I needed it the most. The cases are also quite interesting and the front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Work can be slightly slow at times with not much over time to go around. I also felt as though the starting salary could of been slightly higher.

Very Professional and Great Pay

I would like to see management see that those that work diligently and do exceptional work get promoted at a faster rate than those that are not doing as much work and not putting in as many hours.

Everyone at this is very professional and really cares about their clients. They are also quick to lend you a hand when you need help.

The work environment can feel a bit over professional or rather, too serious at times. Room for growth feels very linear in that even if you work a lot of overtime and do exceptional work you pretty much already know what to expect when you are reviewed for a promotion.

Good support and mentors, confusing model for transitioning

I think it would be beneficial for the firm to set a smoother procedure in place for employees moving up to other positions so as to lessen any extra hurdles they may have to encounter. It would have also made it clearer for me on what kind of direction in which I was going to be headed. As a result, an easier process may speed up promotions from within and also lead to higher retention rates.

Good support and mentors, confusing model for transitioning

The model for transitioning from one position to another is somewhat confusing and unclear. For those considering whether or not they have a future with the firm, this could be a potentially negative contributing factor when deciding if they should stay.
