Mr. Powell has represented myself and colleagues for a couple years now and has never faltered to do that right thing by his clients, even in the face of adversity or possible harm directed towards himself. He does his research, knows his clients well, and ensures the best for them and has saved my ass more than once. I can only say positive things about Mr. Powell and Foster Garvey, he can spot out and has an eye for the truth and defending it. In my most recent and challenging battle against my ex business partner Jason Brian Valasek, CEO of Cloud LGS #4,#5 OR #6 (I'm unsure how many times he failed before this and lost count), who is an absolute sociopath and pathological liar that "lost" over $3M in less than 6 months including my own parents money of over $300k and my own money of over $100k. In a three month period Jason M Powell fulfilled all requests and JV'S contracts etc for MYSELF to bring on my circle of investors and clients. Within 3-4 months I personally with the help of Ralph Trigg, Joseph Quercio, and Jason Powell was able to onboard over $3m in individual revenue and sales between 100 new clients. Jason Brian Valasek, the CEO who had 51%, never brought in one new client, not one dollar invested, his own famiIy did not even believe in him enough to invest a penny. Brent Felix, had 29%, and Ralph and Joe had 20%. Jason got us out of a bad situation with Jason Brian Valasek and we gave up our rights and equity for free because of the absurd amount of fraud and embezzlement this CEO had mismanaged and stole.

Hold attorney Jason M. Powell accountable.

BEWARE!!!!! Foster Garvey employs attorney Jason M. Powell. I hired Mr. Powell to create my company formation docs for my company which recently started to receive outside investments. Mr. Powell did not follow my request to protect my interests or the interests of my investors. Mr. Powell knew exactly how to create legal agreements that have no legal enforcement allowing his colleagues to take control of my company without my knowing. Because of Mr. Powell's undermining contracts with his colleagues Ralph Trigg & Joseph Quercio were able to take control of my business that I have owned for 10+ years. The actions put into motion by Powell, Trigg & Quercio have bankrupted my business. To make things worst Mr. Powell's actions allowed an ex-felon to be added to my business bank account without my knowing or approval. The ex-felon, Brent James Felix stole $320,504.20 from my business as a result of Mr. Powell's non-enforceable contracts. Not only was Mr. Powell hired to protect my interests, Mr. Powell also requested to invest his Roth IRA into my business. Mr. Powell was paid both as my attorney and also received profit dividends from his $40k investment into my business. Exactly 1 day before Mr. Powell's colleagues took control of my company, Mr. Powell requested to be cashed out of his investment knowing that his colleagues were getting ready to take control of my company. After further research I learned Mr. Powell and Mr. Quercio have multiple shared LLC's together. Furthermore I have submitted a complaint to the Oregon State Bar describing these events and filed an official complaint against Mr. Powell. Mr. Powell has since retained legal counsel Dayna Underhill to defend his criminal actions. In research of the law firm retained by Mr. Powell, the Underhill Law Firm representing Mr. Powell does not have a working website. Beware of any law firm willing to employ someone like Jason M. Powell.

There needs to be a management team here. It would end a lot of frustration and everyone would be on the same page for projects.

The people here really are passionate about their work. It feels great to be able to work on projects with people that actually wanted to work and not slack around and drag the team down. Everyone here is upbeat and positive.

It can be unorganized and confusing at times. There is a clear lack of management in the firm. We stay focused on our projects, but there is no clear person to report to when we run into a snag. It is frustrating.
