More capital could be invested into the work facilities to improve employee satisfaction. More care could be taken to include all employees in activities. Perhaps the benefits could be beefed up as well.
Almost everyone who works here is a pleasant, kind, and social person. There are frequent social gatherings outside of work that most employees are happy to attend at their convenience. The pay and benefits are excellent. Management is genuinely devoted to ensuring each worker's maturation.
The location in San Antonio is perhaps less glamorous than what you'd find elsewhere. At times the social events can break down into cliques, leaving some feeling excluded.
