5.Former Employee, more than 8 yearsOne of the top law firms I've experienced in a 20 year career.Anonymous Employee RecommendProsFair and they care about employees.ConsDemanding and though not their fault the hybrid work environment is challenging.
Consider paying people more to keep them from leaving to higher paying jobs when they get tired of the low pay here.
Ever since my first day here if I have ever had an issue I have been able to quickly resolve it without drama.
The pay here isn't the best for what we are doing and people often leave fairly quickly because of that.
I wish I could have stayed with the company, but there was nothing they wanted to do to keep me. Make that different in the future.
Enjoyable environment to be around and great people to be around. Everyone here is cool and different. It is great overall for everyone.
I received an offer from another firm and had to go ahead and accept it as I felt like there wasn't much for me left at this firm.
My first and foremost advice is to make pay raises more equitable. Stay away from office politics and focus on your work, you will achieve promotions if you are hard-working. You must be well-versed with the latest technologies to survive at this place.
The work culture at this firm is amazing. The attorneys were a lot nicer than some other firms I've worked at. At this place people are legitimately good and always willing to help you in advancing your career. Co-workers and managers are very cooperative and ready to work hard with you.
Networking between different departments could be better. Busy season can be tough, but it's a law firm and this is expected. One more thing I want to point out that pay raises are not equal.
Thank you.
