Management needs to crack down more on employees and be more firm. Otherwise employees will be frustrated and find a better place to work.
I like the hours and benefits at this firm. Most weeks were less than 40 hours and we got paid on a salary which was nice. Promotions and raises were also given out quite a bit and I received 2 in my first year working there.
The staff at this firm is very lazy and unmotivated. Half the time people wouldn't even come into to work and I would have to pick up their slack. It became so frustrated having to constantly pick up after people and management just didn't seem to care.
